I have a 2010 Thunderbird 1600, and what I did is cut the headers off at the head flange to reuse the flange, and made new header pipes out of 1.75" pipe, that go into custom 2" y-pipe, then exiting into 2.25" pipe out to single 2.25 inlet muffler.

I used all stainless pipe, and had to pie cut and weld everything because my bender was kinking the pipe. All in all took me a day to build using band saw, belt sander, and mig welder. I started out with tig, but it was taking too long so I switched to mig.

My bike had cat delete with tors tune, and punched baffles before exhaust, and now has a pcv, with at-200 auto tune, and after 2 rides it is pretty dialed in, and wow the mid range is nuts! The auto tune has added up to 43% more fuel in the after the 2 to 1. Once I figure out how to post pics I'll have to post the pic of pcv map.

Hi Tbirdbandit
I like the idea of a 2 into one exhaust because i have put a chair on my tbird and have had passengers complain about the noise. i could only see the exhaust on the walkaround video but would be interested in seeing more photos.
